Michelin-starred modern Italian cuisine by Chef Cristina Bowerman. Cristina Bowerman, Italian chef (1 Michelin star, 3 Gambero Rosso forks) was born in Cerignola, a small town in Puglia. After graduating in Law, she moved to San Francisco to continue her legal studies and worked on weekends at the coffee house Higher Grounds. Always passionate about cooking, she saw her passion explode years later, when, living in Austin, she obtained a degree in Culinary Arts, perfecting her discipline and working in particular on the concentration of flavors.
